We want to give you all the tools you need to organize. Or packs contain the products, our tutorials contain the knowledge!

We show you how to put your Oba pack to work. Each video gives you room specific tips and tricks, as well as info on how to use each item in your pack.

We also show you how to use the Oba Method to organize ANYTHING with our Basics of Organizing video.

Once you receive your pack simply scan the QR codes included in the box.

Scan the QR code for The Basics of Organizing tutorial first, then scan the QR code for your pack tutorial.

All of our core packs have video tutorials: bathroom, closet, fridge, laundry & household, pantry & kitchen.

In addition to the pack specific tutorials, we also have a Basics of Organizing video you should watch before you start organizing your space.

Most packs come in 3 sizes.

• Small: order a small pack if you have a very small space or you are wanting to supplement Oba organizing supplies with pieces you already have. We love these packs for tight spaces. We also love to give them for housewarming gifts!
• Medium: these are by far the most common size. The medium packs will be perfect for most homes.
• Large: if you have a large home with large rooms, these are for you. Think walk in pantries, walk in closets, double vanity bathrooms etc.

Once you have placed your order, it will ship out in 1-3 business days.

If express shipping is available, quotes will be available at checkout after you input your address. 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays, so allow for that. Please keep in mind these are estimates and may vary.

PRESALE packs or items will be shipped according to the details of the presale.  Each presale will have specific shipping date ranges that will be clearly expressed in the listings. 

The cost of shipping is FREE for Oba Organizing Packs to the contiguous states, unless otherwise stated on the listing.  For Alaska & Hawaii the cost will be calculated at checkout.  For all other orders shipping will be calculated at checkout.

When your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking information.  You can also log into your account if you have one and check the status from there.  

Unfortunately, once your package is shipped we cannot make any changes to it. 

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
• All items must be unused and in original condition with any original tags attached.  Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
• All presale organizing packs are final sale.  They cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
• All items marked final sale are not returnable.  Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
• Refunds must be refunded to the original payment method.  If that is unavailable, we will email you an electronic gift card.
• If you ordered any of our Oba organizing packs, the entire pack will need to be returned in order for a refund.  We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a pack.  If an item in the pack is damaged, defective or wrong please contact us at service@obamethod.com and we will make it right. 
• You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
